Ideal day: Shop till I drop, then home to relax in the tub with a chilled glass of vino, then maybe out for a romantic meal with my man!
Immediate Plans: For my business to prosper and grow.
Help others to achieve their dreams. I have large amounts of members in my gym who are extremely unhappy with themselves,
for the sole fact that they are overweight. It is my mission to dedicate myself in helping others realise
their dreams, whether it be to compete and become body builders or to just get into shape! I would like to
encourage more girls to compete. I would encourage anyone, that with dedication and determination you
WILL reach your goals. Most people do nothing after leaving school, then one day they look in the mirror
and are horrified! I want you all to be able to live happily in your skin!
Plans for the next 5 years:
Firstly, to publish my book this year. But who knows.
I try not to look too far into the future, but as long as I have my health, family
and can live honestly with myself, I will be happy. Of course money helps!
