Main responsibility: The safe and efficient operation of the facility; this includes ensuring the equipment is being used correctly.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Gym Instruction
This enables me to instruct clients in the correct use of all the CV,
resistance and free weight equipment
Current plans: Studying towards a NVQ in Customer Relations
which will greatly facilitate my present and future role within the industry.
Future Plans: I thoroughly enjoy this line of work and in the future I would like to study towards becoming a personal trainer and further expand my knowledge in the field of diet and nutrition.
I would also like to follow in the footsteps of my mum Shelley, who is the owner of Peak Physique and teach a wide array of different fitness and Yoga classes.
